After enough weddings where the schedule quietly ate the good light, I stopped complaining about it and built something. It is free, it works for anyone, and if I am photographing your wedding we will build your timeline together in it.

What it does
Sunset maths, done for you
Enter your date and venue and it works out when portraits have to finish. This is the single most common planning mistake, and it is entirely avoidable.
Backwards from the ceremony
Set the ceremony time and everything upstream — hair, makeup, first look, travel — falls into place with realistic buffers rather than optimistic ones.
Share it with your vendors
One link that everyone works from. No more three versions of a schedule in three inboxes, each slightly different.
Change it as often as you like
Because you will. Everything updates downstream, so moving the ceremony by twenty minutes does not mean rebuilding the day by hand.
Why it is free
Because a well-planned day is a better day to photograph.
A timeline that respects the light produces better pictures, a calmer morning, and a couple who actually get to enjoy their own wedding. That is worth more to me than charging you for a scheduling tool. Use it even if you hire somebody else.
